At Skyorganicscbd.com, we look to process orders as quickly as we can, so you can start enjoying the products you love, faster.
We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimums.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take up to 3 weeks.

Returns and Refunds
Not loving it? No problem. Our goal at skyorganicscbd.com is to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. We’re happy to accept returns and provide a full refund as long as all items are:
in the original packaging
in salable condition
received within 30 days from the delivery date
Fees may apply when returning...
- opened or used items - 15% restocking fee
- orders over $500 - 50% restocking fee + a restocking fee on the cancellation fee
- defective or damaged items - we’ll cover all shipping costs
Keep in mind, if you refuse to accept packages, shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Address Changes: We do not reship or make changes to the shipping address that was provided on the original order. Any package that is refused or undeliverable due to an insufficient address is subject to a refund.
Refunds/Credits will be issued within 2-7 business days. Keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email.
Note: Sky Organics reserves the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason.
How to Return Your Product

Let us know the reason for the return (damaged, missing, defective, etc.). Please include “RETURN” and the order number in the subject line.
Note: A full refund will be issued unless an arrangement was made prior to starting the return process.
